I'm actually replying from within the textbox that goes, "If your email client supports it, you can reply here:" If you use a client like Gmail, there's a textbox within the e-mail that you can type a reply to.
Let me know if you need more details when reporting, or if there's' a form to fill that I have to do! Would make more sense if you did it, though, because yours is the only journal where I have this problem.
